Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall construction phase of assigned projects
• Develop project schedules
• Identify, manage and report project changes and risks
• Develop and maintain communications with clients and providers
• Prepare, submit and manage submittals until approved
• Coordinate shop drawings with drafting team, lead reviews, submit and manage until approved
• Prepare, submit and manage RFIs
• Prepare turnover documents and hand off project to site PMs for construction phase; assist in

Requirements:

• 5 years’ experience in storefront & curtain wall project management required.
• Experienced with stick-built systems (storefront & curtain wall)
• Alum & glass doors (and hardware)
• Strong ability to read and fully understand shop drawings, architectural & structural drawings
• Knowledge of coordination to structure and other trades
• Knowledge of extrusion take-offs
• Strong understanding of contract document requirements (contract, drawings, specifications)

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
