Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Acupuncturist to join our team. As an Acupuncturist, you will provide holistic care to patients by performing acupuncture treatments and promoting overall wellness. Your expertise in aseptic technique, acute pain management, and patient service will contribute to the well-being of our patients.

Duties:

- Perform acupuncture treatments on patients using sterile needles and aseptic technique

- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and medical history

- Educate patients on the benefits of acupuncture and provide guidance on lifestyle modifications for optimal health

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

- Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in acupuncture techniques and therapies

Experience:

- Previous experience working as an Acupuncturist in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred

- Proficiency in acute pain management, is highly desirable

- In-depth knowledge of human physiology and anatomy

- Excellent patient service skills with the ability to establish rapport and build trust

- Strong understanding of pain management principles and techniques, including trigger point therapy

- Familiarity with medical terminology related to acupuncture treatments

Qualifications:

- Valid certification or license as an Acupuncturist

- Completion of an accredited acupuncture program

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
