Advanced Veterinary Care (AVC) is a brand new state-of-the-art urgent care and specialty clinic located in the beautiful and always growing city of Orlando, Florida. What sets AVC apart is that we are dedicated to providing innovative, compassionate care through a collaborative approach, while promote a positive work environment and advocate for employee well-being.

Advanced Veterinary Care is Central Florida’s newest, privately owned urgent care and specialty hospital opening early 2023. Our CSR’s are an integral part of our practice. We are seeking someone who is friendly, a great communicator and enjoys a fast-paced collaborative environment to make the client’s experience the best it can be. We are looking for candidates that are the “right-fit”, ones that match our core values and help build a positive work environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

  • Must be well organized, able to prioritize tasks and detail oriented.
  • Ability to handle stressful situation and events in a calm, supportive manner.
  • Excellent computer skills, manage electronic medical records, reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to review estimates, discuss financial options and process payments.
  • Compassion of pets and people.

Expectations / Requirement:

  • Prior veterinary experience is preferred.
  • Ability to integrate new information into problem-solving.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Good attitude and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Comfortable using electronic medical record systems.
