Job Title – Position Description: Area Director

Reports to: Sr. Director Clinic Operations

MISSION

The Area Director is responsible for providing operational leadership, direction and support to multiple practices achieving key performance metrics established by the organization.

• Understand the vision that will clearly accelerate the organization towards its strategic goals and implement the steps needed and give feedback about the process. Make suggestions to improve processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications:

Education:

• Associate’s Degree

Previous, Job Relevant Work Experience:

• 5 years of experience in clinic field/setting or physician practice setting

Preferred Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree

Previous, Job Relevant Work Experience:

• Previous experience in Urology/Gynecology field
• Previous experience in Clinic/ASC setting
• Working knowledge of EClinical Works (eCW) system
