Position: Full Time Radiology Technologist

As an X-Ray Tech with Advanced Urgent Care, you will collaborate with team members, assist in the course of seeing patients for an office visit and anticipate the needs of practitioners who are providing patient care.

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • May assist with intake of patients in the room including reviewing medical history, social history, medication lists and chief complaint
  • Transfers X-Rays to file, provides copy to patient and provider for review.
  • Follow HIPAA best practices
  • Maintaining diagnostic equipment and materials
  • Advising and supporting patients
  • Following Physician’s orders to ensure accuracy of image capture

ARRT Certification required

Qualifications:

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word; Microsoft Excel;

Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher, Google Suite, and AthenaNet.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and

experience.
