Advanced Turbine Component Manufacturing is Hiring a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician Near Tempe, AZ

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our equipment and facilities. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process
  • Dismantle, adjust, repair and assemble equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating manuals or drawings
  • Use test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts
  • Rebuild manufacturing equipment, as required
  • May perform equipment modifications, as directed by manufacturing engineers
  • All employees are responsible for the Quality of their work to ensure ATC meets or exceeds Customer Satisfaction.
  • Maintain relationships with key third-party vendors and OEM manufacturers to identify critical spare parts for key equipment
  • 5-Axis Huffman Grinders
  • United Grinding / Blohm / Magerle
  • Hydro Flow & Hoffman Filtration systems
  • TEK4 / STEM Drill
  • Oversee STEM DRILL cell maintenance
  • Basic knowledge of rotary air compressors
  • Basic knowledge of diaphragm pumps
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Knowledge of chiller systems, Air Scrubbers, filter press

QUALIFICATIONS

· Must be able to effectively troubleshoot equipment accurately and efficiently based on operator feedback and status of machine.

· Comprehend OSHA standards regarding performing work duties.

  • Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take on responsibilities as required
  • Demonstrate high attention to detail
  • Ability to support a 24/7 global business operation as required
  • Ability to work overtime when needed
  • Ability to work with diverse groups with a positive attitude.
  • 2-year degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience as approved by executive management
  • 3 years of mechanical and electrical experience
  • HVAC experience will be beneficial
  • Proficient with hand-held mechanical and power tools and test equipment
  • Demonstrate quality workmanship
  • Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to identify viable solutions under moderate supervision
  • Expertise in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
  • Understanding of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
