We are working on behalf of a fast growing company that performs value added services for RF/Microwave manufacturers in the high reliability defense/space market. They provide design, test, package assembly, qualification and reliability testing. They are likely to be bought or go public in the next few years.

They are looking for a RF/Microwave Engineering Director:

• This person will manage a team of design, test, and layout engineers, as well as RF technicians, totaling 10-15 people.
• Will be active in defining requirements with customers, and driving design projects to be on time, reliable and successful.

Qualifications:

• We need a BS or MSEE, with 8-10 years of experience in RF/Microwave Module to Subsystem level Design. Should have experience using RF test equipment and simulation tools like ADS and HFSS.
• Experience in design of Power Amplifier, Synthesizer, U/D Converter and T/R modules would be ideal.
• In addition to current design experience, we need a senior candidate who has led projects or had people management experience for 3-5 years.

Based on company's current growth, the size of the team should double in 2 years.

Candidate may come from defense or commercial wireless design, but defense is preferred.

We need a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
