EDUCATION
MUST HAVE EITHER:
A. Possess Bachelor Degree in Quantitative Discipline
- - Ideally Statistics, Data Analytics, or Data Science
- - But ANY quantitive discipline is OK (Math, Econ, Engineering, CS, CIS, Natural Science)
INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE:
- Will take exceptional Graduates or Students with NO experience based on grades and excellent school projects
- Having internship or coop experience is a plus
- Will also consider experienced candidates with 1-5 years in the field
- Skilled at data munging using SQL, Python and pySpark
- Skilled in data analysis techniques, regression, classification, clustering, forecasting, and optimization
- Presentation skills using PowerBI, PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience working with Big Data technologies (Cloudera Hadoop, Snowflake, etc.)
- Experience with Azure Synapse, Databricks and Palantir Foundry is a plus
