Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Line Operator to join our team. As a Line Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production line equipment, ensuring the efficient and safe processing of goods. This is a hands-on role that requires the candidate to be comfortable with safely working with processing chemicals.
Responsibilities:
- Operate production line equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines to process parts/ jobs
- Monitor the production process to ensure smooth operation and identify any issues or malfunctions with regularly used processing equipment
- Perform routine maintenance processing line equipment such as cleaning electrical connection points and equipment used for racking of parts to ensure good electrical continuity
- Refilling of processing tanks with water to bring tanks back to proper operating level
- Inspect parts for quality of work with in-process quality checks and tools
- Rack and un-rack parts as to not cause damage to customer parts
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Line Operator or similar role preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret process procedures and instructions
- Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
