Job Title: Investigator

Overview:
As the largest Repossession Company in New York we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Investigator to join our growing team. As an Investigator, you will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations, gathering accurate information, and analyzing data to support automobile repossessions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct investigations into various assignments, with regard to different client requirements policies within our company in accordance to NY State and Federal Laws.
- Collect and confirm information obtained through research and from clients
- Make calls and "skip trace" assignments
- Collaborate with members of the repossession team and management
- Accurately and completely update assignments with findings and updates
- Maintain accurate and organized case files
- Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and investigative techniques

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Investigator, skip tracer, or similar rold
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Proficient in using investigative tools and software
- Knowledge of legal procedures and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
