JOB OPPORTUNITY

Position: Full-time Medical Receptionist/Provider Support

Position Details:

Demonstrate ability to handle front desk work including but not limited to:

• Greeting patients: Scheduling, checking in and checking out, ensuring necessary paperwork is completed prior to or at visit-time, accepts and posts payments
• Answering phone calls and making outbound calls to patients/insurance carriers
• Knowledge of using computers
• Experience navigating through electronic medical record system
• Following protocols including but not limited to HIPAA guidelines
• Ability to multitask and possess organizational and planning skills a MUST
• Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Comfortable with direct patient interaction - willing to learn Qb and TMS testing (will train) as a backup to Office Support
• Standing, sitting, and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to be a TEAM player, positive influence, and able to adapt to change as company grows - fast paced, never a dull moment, never the same day twice
• A very well-rounded position - subject to change as needed
• Special projects on occasion

Experience:

• Medical Office setting a Must
• Front office experience and Good patient service skills necessary
• Prior Authorization skills and billing training a BONUS
• Good customer service training
• Behavioral Health Experience preferred'
