Mammography Tracking Coordinator;
Schedule - Monday through Friday; 8:30AM to 5:00PM
This position is required to report into the cooperate office in Owings Mills, MD for one full week; then every 4-6 weeks, depending on staffing rotation.
This would commence after initial in-office training is completed.
This position will provide a high quality of patience customer care to patients. The employee hired will be able to multitask, effectively communicate with physicians, staff, patients, vendors and peers. Maintain professionalism throughout each patient care call and be adaptable to new task, and systems.
Performs all mammography tracking functions, - i.e., generating, tracking and mailing patient result letters, following up on undeliverable addresses, entering, maintaining and developing statistical information and reports, retrieves and enters pathology reports/information on all abnormal mammography exams, assisting with non-located call-backs, retrieves certain mammography files, maintains all necessary records and data entry into the Mammography Tracking System. Job Requirements: Must be able to type and file accurately Ability to maintain professional judgment Must be a self-starter.
Requirements:Education & Experience Requirements:
The above knowledge, skills and abilities may be demonstrated by a high School diploma or GED. One to two years' experience in a medical environment preferred with at least basic knowledge of healthcare industry.
$18.50 - $21.00 / hour
The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty, location and training. This pay scale is not a guarantee of a particular wage.
