As an Advanced Professional Security Guard Scheduler/Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient scheduling and dispatching of work crews to various destinations based on customer requests.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, handling communications with different areas, monitoring staff and equipment locations, and informing personnel about traffic issues.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, decision-making abilities, time management, and proficiency in computer operations.
**Responsibilities:**
- Schedule work crews to designated locations according to customer requests.
- Maintain accurate records of work crew schedules and assignments.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor staff and equipment locations using tracking systems.
- Communicate effectively with staff and clients to provide updates and information.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing timely responses to inquiries.
- Inform personnel about traffic issues and provide alternative routes if necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise during scheduling or dispatching.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
