We are looking to add a Metal Finisher to our team. Working a flexible schedule in a clean, climate-controlled shop, you can expect to work with team members to complete sanitary finishes on custom designs.
Basic Job Functions:
•Prepare and polish material to dairy sanitary grades utilizing multiple processes such as: electric grinders, pneumatic grinders, and various hand tools
•Inspect finished products to verify quality
•Determine daily grinding duties with team leads
•Daily production goals based on schedule to ensure on-time, high quality project completion
•Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety
Requirements
Required:
•High School Diploma or GED
•Ability to follow instructions
•Basic mathematical skills
•Ability to read a tape measure
•Strong attention to detail
•Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer
Preferred :
•Experience with grinding and metal finishing
•Experience with sanitary equipment fabrication
•Knowledge of relative safety standards
