This customer service position works a standard schedule from Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

With you as our Plumbing Dispatcher - Call Center Agent, our customers' needs are swiftly met and our technicians are efficiently dispatched. You answer incoming calls from customers and determine what their plumbing needs are. Then, you schedule an appointment with a technician, being sure to spread jobs out equally. You also take on emergency service requests and determine the best tech to send out for each job.
