Advanced Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine, SC is headquartered in Appleton, WI and currently has 29 locations in central and northeastern Wisconsin with over 150 employees.

Seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist preferably with 1-3 years’ experience.
Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience/background in scheduling patient appointments
  • High aptitude of insurance knowledge
  • Pleasant and calm phone etiquette
  • Enjoys a fast past office environment with capability to problem solve

  • Due to rapid growth, our company is seeking a Medical Receptionist who is has the emotional intelligence and adaptability to interact with patients at all levels of care.
