KNOXVILLE TN WEEKEND PHARMACIST

Advanced Pharmaceutical Consultants provide pharmacy services including pharmacists, technicians, and automation to behavioral health facilities nationwide. We are currently seeking a Weekend Pharmacist for a behavioral facility in Knoxville, TN.

Hours:

One weekend/ month as needed

Saturday, Sunday 8am-noon

Qualifications:

• Data order entry/verification proficient.
• Automated dispensing machine experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with physicians and nursing staff.
• Must be oriented and knowledgeable in the specialized functions of a psychiatric pharmacy.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy. RPh or PharmD required.
• Experience: 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• License/Certification: Currently licensed as a Pharmacist in Tennessee.
• Physical Requirements: Moderate to low physical demands.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $56.00 per hour

Healthcare setting:

• Day shift
• On call

Experience:

• Hospital Pharmacy: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Tennessee Pharmacist license (Required)
