Are you a friendly and positive individual looking to make a difference in pediatric healthcare? Advanced Pediatric Associates is on the lookout for a full-time Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you'll be the welcoming face of our practice, providing exceptional customer service to our patients and their families. Your tasks will encompass a range of administrative duties, including accurately gathering patient information, processing co-payments, and verifying insurance eligibility. We're seeking a candidate who can handle these responsibilities with efficiency, all while maintaining our established procedures and protocols. Will work 4 days a week (Monday - Friday) at the Centennial location and an occasional half day on a Saturday.

Salary Range: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour, salary commensurate with experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year in a customer service setting ideally with direct face-to-face customer interaction
• Strongly prefer 6 months in a medical setting
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be able to handle a fast-paced work environment
