Advanced Oxygen Therapy, Inc. is Hiring a Medical Sales Recruiter (Oceanside, CA) - On-Site Near Oceanside, CA

We seek enthusiastic and dedicated Internal Recruiter who will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent to the organization.

Job Type: Full-time, On-Site Environment, Reporting to HQ in Oceanside, CA
**This role has the expectation to be on-site five days a week in our Oceanside, CA office**

Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary Range: $70,000-$75,000

General Accountabilities

  • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Attracts suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  • Manages job posting and advertisement processes.
  • Develops job descriptions and internal recruiting instructions for HR department.
  • Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
  • Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit positions.
  • Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Promotes the company’s culture, values, mission, vision as a good employment opportunity.
  • Provides recruitment and headcount reporting to management.
  • Attends and participates in job fairs and recruiting sessions.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications and/or Human Resources a plus
  • At least five (5) years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiting required, Trinet preferred.
  • Experience in clinical and healthcare positions required.
  • Experience in medical device sales is required.
  • HR Management Certification highly preferred.

  • Ability to present oneself as well as the company in a professional manner.
  • Proficient in the use of a personal computer and corresponding programs.
