JOB SUMMARY
In this role, the Business Office Manager is responsible for the daily RCM activities to maximize patient access and provider efficiency. Will also manage Patient Registration & Insurance Verification staff. In conjunction with the Administrator, this position is responsible for developing and supporting hospital and clinic processes that deliver great customer service, a superior patient experience, and high-quality care and services.
The incumbent is responsible for developing structures that best meet the goals of high-quality care and patient satisfaction. This position will involve both strategic planning and business development for future growth and expansion.
