Advanced Nutrients is seeking an experienced candidate that will produce podcasts, specifically for our Business Outlaws Podcast and our new podcast Grow Lab.

Qualifications

• The ideal person for this role has prior experience as a podcast producer, with a passion and curiosity for technology, innovation, and startups, and studies and appreciates the latest trends

• They should bring strong operational chops to the table, but we also welcome creative ideas on this show and beyond

• Must absolutely have superb people skills, in particular with people of note

• Must display outstanding judgment when it comes to confidential information and overall discretion

• Must simultaneously be able to weigh in when needed and be comfortable being in the background when called for

• Prior experience as a podcast producer or a role with adjacent responsibilities

Responsibilities

• This producer will be responsible for operationalizing the podcast, ensuring that it is innovative, while remaining high-quality
• This role will span operational responsibilities of guest booking, episode research, prepping hosts, post-production, and working with the rest of the marketing team on distribution and marketing of this podcast
• You will work directly with the podcast hosts, head of marketing, social, ops, IT teams, and contractors, to ensure that the podcast is publishing and growing consistently
• Help book guests and coordinate with their teams
• Manage a podcast guest database, ensuring a steady pipeline and high-quality outreach
• Perform episodic research, prepping preparing questions for the hosts

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Good copywriting skills.
• Solid knowledge of Social Media metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Must practice English fluently. (Written and spoken).
• An outgoing, friendly personality, and a desire to meet new people.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
• Team-player and Professional attitude

Education and Experience:

• BS degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
