Advanced NeuroMusculoSkeletal Center (ANMSC) is Hiring a Medical Assistant (Entry Level) / Full time Near Beverly, CA

Hello we are small chiropractic practice .

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, multitasking individual to join our Encino and Beverly Hills location. This position is great for those looking for experience in medical field or in law. Experience in a medical office is a plus, but not required. Training is available to the right candidate.

NO WEEKENDS!

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma (required)
  • Bilingual (English, Spanish or Hebrew) Preferred

Must be available for the following schedule

  • Mondays- Thursday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
  • Fridays 9:00 am -2 :00 pm

This position is for two locations. You must be willing to go both location on different days. Do not apply if you're not willing to commute.

Daily Tasks:

(Front Office)

- Filing

- Scheduling

- Answering Phone Calls

- Billing

(Back Office)

- Setting Up Exam Rooms

- Preparing And Assisting With Patient Care

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
