Summary: Assisting with accurate invoice/payment entry in QuickBooks online and other miscellaneous office tasks. Responsible for relaying incoming telephone calls, greeting visitors in a professional manner and performing various clerical duties by performing the following duties.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior QuickBooks Online experience preferred.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to multitask and facilitate office needs for visitors and employees.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of QuickBooks Online and basic computer skills.
