Provider Scheduling Specialist- this is not a patient scheduling position.

We are looking for a professional with strong attention to detail, ability to maintain strict confidentiality, and strong interpersonal skills to join our operational team. This is not a patient scheduling position. Great opportunity with a growing company!
Job Functions:
· Develop physician hospital and clinic rotations with the guidance of leadership and physician leaders
· Coordinate changes and additions to physician’s daily work schedule
· Assist with proactive management and forecasting of future Radiologist coverage at local clinics and hospitals
· Coordinate and manage scheduling conflicts between AMIC and clients
· Keep AMIC Senior Management and radiologist operations committee apprised of staffing adjustments and radiologist coverage issues
Qualified candidates will possess:
· Associates degree or progressive healthcare experience
· Physician scheduling experience ideal
· Minimum of 3 to 5 years of related experience

Pay Range
Starting pay range $22-25/hour and up depending on experience
Biweekly (every other Friday) pay schedule
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
