At Reflections Center discover a world of beauty and rejuvenation at our Martinsville and Livingston, New Jersey Medical Spa locations. Our team is filled with positive, warming, highly skilled injectors and supporting staff. At Reflections, we are growing and we are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to assist our patients through their journey.
Responsibilities:
Our Nurse Practitioners (NP) represent Reflections.

• The NP is responsible for creating a positive first and last impression with patients.
• They must possess excellent active listening and communication skills in order to conduct effective and informative client consultations.
• The NP is responsible for promoting Reflections' products, procedures, and services through education, patient outreach, and consultative selling.
• The role of the NP is to build meaningful and trusting connections with patients while providing top notch aesthetic services and treatments that are customized to meet the patient's needs.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in aesthetics or cosmetic dermatology.
• Must have a current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New Jersey.
• Experience with aesthetics treatments including but not limited to injectables (neurotoxins, PRP, and dermal filler) and laser treatments (laser tattoo removal, laser hair removal, skin resurfacing).
• Excellent customer support, communication, and integrity.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and follow through with aftercare product recommendations.
• Desire to work in a dynamic environment and grow skills.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Possesses knowledge of skincare and has the desire to learn more.
• Demonstrates skills in sales, customer service, and time management.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, friendly, passionate, intelligent, and knowledgeable regarding the aesthetics industry.
• Open availability (ability two work at least 1 evening shift per week and 2 weekends per month)
