Job Requirements :

Entry Level Chemist

Advanced Material Solutions (AMS) specializes in producing and distributing ultra-high purity specialty materials for use in the production of semiconductor devices. Along with upgrades to the existing facilities, a new state-of-the-art materials processing facility will be coming online in Stevensville, Montana starting in 2024.

:

· Candidate will support start-up of state-of-the-art analytical laboratories.

o Assist analytical chemists and technicians with installation and operation of analytical instrumentation including GC, IC, TOC, ICP-MS, NMR.

· Support pilot plant upgrade and production operations.

· Support start-up of materials processing facility.

· Support AMS chemical and process engineers in current contract and R&D projects.

· Data Analysis and Reporting:

o Collect, analyze, interpret, and report quality data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and potential risks.

o Present findings to management, colleagues, and supervisors, contributing to strategic decision-making processes.

· Perform other related duties as assigned.

· Bachelor of Science in Chemistry or related field.

· Laboratory experience preferred.

· Good oral and written communication skills.

· Focus and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Familiarity with MS Office.

This is an in-person position based out of Stevensville, MT with occasional working days in the Missoula, MT office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
