We are seeking a part-time to full-time Nurse RN to join our growing home health/hospice team.
Benefit from one-on-one patient relationships and from the satisfaction of enhancing patient' health, quality of life and peace of mind.
The we are looking for individuals that provide caring and passionate and committed to providing the highest level of care for those individuals living within our commounty. Advanced Home Health and Hospice provider both home health and hospice services to individuals living in both Chelan and Douglas County.
Ideal Candidates will
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Practice nursing with respect for individual, cultural, and spiritual differences
• Promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients
• Maintain compliance with agency policy and procedures
Qualifications
• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursins
• Current, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Washingtion State
• Current CPR certification and TB test.
