Duties:
- Provide care and support to residents.
- Implement behavior support plans and follow individualized care plans
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents by monitoring their behavior and environment
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for individuals in your care
- Collaborate with a team of caregivers, nurses, and other professionals to provide comprehensive care

Experience:
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred
- First aid and CPR certification is required or willingness to obtain certification
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive is preferred
- Ability to lift and assist with mobility needs of residents
