Our Nursing Home in Queens, NY is searching for a Staffing/Scheduling Coordinator to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Asist the DON with all the scheduling needs and work directly with them
- Create schedules for all areas of the nursing department
- Should be able to work in collaboration with the entire nursing team
- Must be able to fill open positions on the schedule with current staff through creative methods
- Must be detail oriented, computer literate and have excellent communication skills
- Should have great ’people skills’
- Available to work extra hours when necessary
Requirements
1 year of experience as a Staffer in a Nursing Home setting
