Beacon Rehab and Nursing Center is actively seeking an experienced Dietitian to join our great team. The Dietitian is responsible for ensuring quality nutritional services are provided to residents and overseeing the overall operation of the department.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure the proper handling, preparation, and storage of food.
- Work with dietary team to design menu, recipe creation, and resident-specific meals.
- Prepare production and service documents as required.
- Completion of MDS assessments and necessary resident documentation.
- Menu review and planning.
- Employee duty assignment.
- Ensure proper sanitation/quality standards are met.
Requirements:
- Prior dietary experience in a Nursing Facility
- Dietitian license valid in NY
