Regal Height Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is currently seeking a maintenance technician for our day shift. Candidate should be able to work with Electrical and Plumbing.
Duties Include:
- Will be supervised by the Director of Maintenance.
- Painting Resident rooms and other parts of the Facility.
- General maintenance experience preferred.
- Moving materials from room to room etc.
- Completing work order requests
- Completing and documenting required inspections
Requirements Include:
- Ability to lift and move at least 50 to 100 lbs.
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to work in the United States.
- Must be able to work as a team member.
- Must be willing to work weekends.
- Must meet the requirements of the Department of Health.
