Staffing Coordinators are responsible for planning, organizing and scheduling workers to ensure that the company's labor requirements and needs are fulfilled. The individual will work closely with Human Resources and assist in recruiting, sourcing and hiring talents.
Staffing Coordinators must be an excellent communicator, must attain the ability to have good relationships with both employees, agencies and other external vendors.
Staffing Coordinators must have experience in hiring and onboarding as well as other staffing needs and staffing procedures.
