We have Weekend, Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN positions available.

Home Health LPN - 8 Hour Shift Qualifications:

• Licensed as a Practical Nurse in the State of IL
• Six months of Home Health or geriatric nursing desirable
• Valid drivers license and good driving record
• Hard working & self starter
