```Job Overview```
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist or COTA to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients of all ages to help them regain independence and improve their quality of life. You will assess patients' needs, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy interventions to promote physical and mental well-being.

```Duties```
- Conduct patient evaluations to assess their physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' goals and needs
- Provide therapy interventions to improve patients' motor skills, coordination, and sensory processing
- Teach patients adaptive techniques and strategies to enhance their independence in daily activities
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and psychologists, to coordinate patient care
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in a timely manner

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Proficiency in case management and treatment planning
- Excellent patient care skills with a focus on empathy and compassion
- Knowledge of occupational health principles and practices
- Familiarity with medical imaging techniques relevant to occupational therapy
- Exceptional patient service skills with the ability to establish rapport with individuals of all ages
- Ability to work in critical care settings such as hospitals, including pediatrics and ICU

Pay: $18.31 - $25.00 per hour
