Advanced Health Care of Scottsdale is a 38 bed short-term rehab/SNF facility whose goal is to assist patients in making the transition from hospital to home. This sub-acute setting has a case load with a majority of orthopedic replacements and fractures as well as stroke patients.

At Advanced Health Care we offer all private patient suites, exceptional staff-to-patient ratios, and a state of the art therapy gym.

The CNA position plays a vital role in the patient's recovery process. Each CNA is responsible for assisting patients with activities of daily living, dining services and electronic health record charting.

FULL TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE NOW:

DOUBLE WEEKEND SHIFT - 6am-10:30pm Saturday & Sundays

NIGHT SHIFT- 10pm-6:30am Friday-Tuesday

The full time CNA position offers full benefits & competitive wages.

Duties:

- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse

- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding

- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse

- Assist with ambulation and transfers

- Serve patient meals in dining room, assist with feeding of patients, adhering to any special diet needs

- Complete charting in electronic health record

- Adhere to facility policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Active Arizona CNA license in good standing with the Arizona Board of Nursing

- CPR certified
