Job Summary:

We are looking for a self-motivated to support AGSE in delivering quality products on time and within budget. Job responsibilities include:

  • Inspect products, develop, and maintain inspection reports
  • Prepare product certifications and customer documentation
  • Ensure compliance to company standards and specifications
  • Maintain calibration of quality control equipment
  • Evaluate data and draft reports, noting any relevant deviations from existing standards
  • Identify areas for quality control improvement and implement new methods accordingly

Experience:

  • Strong working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) concepts

Full Job Description

Quality Technician responsibilities:

  • Inspect products, develop, and maintain inspection reports – high mix and high volume
  • Prepare product certifications and customer documentation
  • Ensure compliance to company standards and specifications
  • Maintain calibration of quality control equipment
  • Evaluate data and draft reports, noting any relevant deviations from existing standards
  • Identify areas for quality control improvement and implement new methods accordingly

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate’ degree in technical discipline and/or 2 – 5 years related work related quality experience required.
  • Knowledge of geometric symbols, technical drawings and understanding of GD&T principles.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints.
  • Experience/familiarity with ISO9001:2015 certification.
  • Strong working knowledge of various mathematical concepts including fractions, ratios, and proportions
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
