Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and support in a chiropractic clinic setting. Duties:

- Assist chiropractors in providing patient care and treatments

- Perform patient assessments, including taking vital signs and documenting medical history

- Provide excellent customer service to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction

- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for patient visits

- Educate patients on proper exercises, stretches, and home care techniques

- Administer therapies such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, or heat/cold therapy under the supervision of a chiropractor

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow

- Handle billing and insurance claims

Preferred:

- Previous experience as a Chiropractic Assistant or similar role preferred

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Compassionate and empathetic nature

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient computer skills for managing patient records and scheduling appointments
