Job Details Job Location Advanced Diagnostics Dallas Hospital Clinics - Dallas, TX Position Type Full Time Education Level Bachelor's Degree Travel Percentage Liase to Physician Office Job Shift Day Job Category Marketing Description JOB SUMMARY The Marketing Liaison will promote marketing and recruiting initiatives for Advanced Diagnostics Healthcare System's Sub Acute trauma Center. This includes participating in relevant community events, contacting, presenting to attorney's office, and developing referral relationships that result in a continuous flow of referrals and patients to ensure that all growth goals are met. Interfaces with various referral sources and partners with other case managers and professionals to coordinate care and further develop those partnerships. Expected to develop and execute a sales plan, host events, make presentations, call referrals, and develop strong, long-lasting relationships DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Working with case managers to ensure the patient scheduling process is completed in an adequate time frame.
The liaison will be focused on communication with the patient's representative, and Advanced Diagnostics Case Management team.
Work directly with physicians, case managers and discharge planners to process Sub Acute Trauma referrals within the hospital system, serve as a key resource and effectively anticipates the needs of the customers and patients to develop solutions for their needs.
Maintain and grow 'hospital' customer relationships and provide responsive customer service with assigned accounts; evaluate current and future clinical and service needs for existing and new accounts.
Evaluate hospital/business needs with ability to forecast and plan around sales goals and targeting.
Will work with the medical records department to assure records are provided to the patient's representative timely and accurately.
Will work with billing department to obtain case status report summaries quarterly.
Will relay to Director any concerns raised by patient, patient's representative or discovered through the course of their routine
Obtaining permission/authorization from the patient or patient's representative prior to initiating treatment
Will assist in collecting payments as needed.
Be responsible for bi-monthly client visits.
Building relationships with patient representatives
Qualifications REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree
2 years' Marketing and Account Relations experience within the Healthcare, or Legal Disciplines
Experience working with acute hospitals, rehabilitation hospitals, sub-acute rehabilitation facilities, and the local healthcare market preferred.
Valid Driver's License
