Advanced Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center, PLLC is hiring a Certified Scrub Tech (CST) to join our team and assist in all surgical procedures.

The CST plays a valuable role in providing excellent care to patients in our Ambulatory Surgery Center and Clinic.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up instrumentation and supplies before operations while maintaining sterile environment.
• Follow all universal and industry regulations and guidelines to tend to the patient during procedures.
• Preform pre-operative preparations to the patient's skin, body and medical equipment.
• Assist surgeon and other medical staff as needed before, during, and after procedures.
• Verify all instruments post-surgery and dispose of necessary items to keep sterile environment.
• Assist with the sterilization of instruments as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current Certification as a Scrub Tech.
• Current CPR Certification (or acquired within 90 day of hire).
• Excellent communication skills with the staff, physician, patients, and families.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced surgery center environment.
