Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fast- paced, resourceful and exceptional ability to multi-task
  • Ability to help implement and follow systems within the office to provide a more efficient work environment.
  • Dependable and on time
  • Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
  • Dental Insurance experience is preferred
  • Comfortable discussing and receiving finances
  • Flexible in supporting team between various roles as needed in a demanding and fast- paced environment.
  • Understanding of dental procedures is preferred.
  • Previous experience working in a dental office is preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Answer multi-line phone
  • Scheduling/Rescheduling
  • Insurance verification, breakdown and history
  • Greet all patients energetically and check in patient to start a phenomenal patient experience.
  • Scan and Shred necessary paperwork.
  • Post –op calls, to ensure patients are happy and responding well to treatment.
  • Handle the general office email
  • Posting payments and account consolidation
  • Help keep team highly productive and on time
  • Help prepare morning huddles, with pertinent patient appointment information
  • Ensure scheduling is done correctly and to production standards - manage patient scheduling for Doctor and Hygienists
  • Resolve patient issues in accordance with practice policies and procedures
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to patient and doctor inquiries
  • Help manage accounts receivables in a timely manner. Send out Bills
  • Coordinate our practice management solution software to confirm appointments and ensure a productive schedule
  • Maintain track of pending treatment, financial status and hygienist appointments during check out.
  • Follow HIPPA guidelines
  • Assist in treatment plan presentation

Compensation:

Hourly rate, based on proven successful track record and experience.
