Ortho Treatment Coordinator - Part Time
Our practice, Belknap Dental Associates, here in Dover, is seeking an Orthodontics Treatment Coordinator to support our Orthodontist part time. This role entails meeting with patients after consultations with the Orthodontist to go over insurance and coordinate payment arrangements for treatments as well as ensuring payments are current and scheduling is accurate. Experience working in an orthodontic environment his preferred.
Our practice has a wonderful, friendly team and we look forward to welcoming in this valued part of our team.
Schedule: Part time (Wed and Thursdays) with flexibility for additional part time hours if needed.
Qualifications:
- One year of experience working in an Ortho office / Supporting an Orthodontist
- Versed in dental terminology and procedures
- Maintains a positive, collaborative, and supportive disposition with team and patients
- Understands and complies with HIPAA and HITECH Act of 2009
