We are a renowned office with a phenomenal doctor, who is an educator, international speaker, and advanced implantologist who TRULY CARES about his patients and his assistants. He is an incredibly genuine and down-to-earth person which makes him a pleasure to work with. He specializes in full mouth reconstruction replacing teeth with dental implants and permanent fixed bridges. He has over 24,000 doctors who follow him daily for his educational content. We do not work on any removable prosthetics, nor do we offer any general services OR HYGIENE. We have our own in-house lab with a complete digital workflow that allows us to handle everything under one roof.

The desire and ability to learn new techniques quickly will be the key to success in this position as our office is constantly updating processes and procedures and using new technology to serve our patients at the very highest level.

Hours: 6:30am - 4:00pm Monday through Thursday & Friday 6:30am-1:00pm

Salary: $20.00-25.00 based on experience

Daily requirements of this position will include, but are not limited to:

• Setup and breakdown of surgical rooms
• Chairside Assistant to the DR during surgical and non-surgical procedures, including full mouth extractions, implant placement, osseous contouring/grafting, sinus augmentation; fabrication, adjustment, and delivery of fixed implant-retained prosthetics.
• Monitoring patients under oral and IV conscious sedation
• Detailed charting and clinical notes for all procedures.
• Detailed communication of procedures completed, changes in treatment, next procedures and appointments needed, etc. to the front office.
• Maintaining sterility and organization of ops, surgical suites, and sterilization areas.

You will receive hands-on training by our renowned doctor on the specifics of all SURGICAL AND PROSTHODONTIC procedures and processes which will give you an advantage over an average trained RDA. Working in an environment such as ours will give you advanced knowledge and skills that will put you at the top of your field. Basic knowledge of oral surgical, implant, and prosthetic procedures for full mouth reconstruction services is strongly desired, but not required as we are willing to train the RIGHT MOTIVATED person with a GREAT PERSONALITY.
