We are looking for a skilled individual to join our team as a Lead Traveling HVAC Installer! The responsibilities of the Lead Installer include leading and working as part of a crew in a fast-paced environment changing out equipment on commercial properties.

To be successful as a Lead Installer, you should have a strong work ethic with the drive to learn and grow. Ultimately, a top-notch Lead Installer should be physically fit, good with their hands, and able to effectively follow instructions.

Responsibilities: 

Leading the installation of HVAC systems on commercial properties.

• Installing roof units for heating and air conditioning as well as the units inside commercial buildings.
• Operating a variety of hand and power tools needed for HVAC installation.
• Following instructions for picking up and delivering parts, tools, materials, and supplies to and from the job site.
• Ensuring all tools, materials, and equipment are in good working order.
• Operating equipment on jobsite (EX. Forklifts, Scissor lifts)
• Coordinating with team members to provide excellent customer service.
• Ensuring all HVAC systems remain compliant with industry standards and regulations.

 Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of commercial AC equipment installation experience
• Must have experience with High Voltage Electrical 
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen
• Familiarity with all tools and equipment
• Physically fit
• Ability to follow instructions
• Good communication and customer service skills
• MUST be able to travel frequently
• Ability to work in ALL weather conditions
• Ability to work from heights

Advanced Climate Solutions, a Helios company, compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $28/hour in our lowest geographic market up to $35/hour in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. ACS’s compensation may also include annual bonus, commissions, equity, sign-on payments, as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
