Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Engineering Project Manager at Advanced Ceramic Fibers, LLC located in Idaho Falls, ID. The Senior Engineering Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing engineering projects from inception to completion. This includes coordinating and leading project teams, developing project plans, monitoring progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and communicating with stakeholders.

• Engineering Management, Project Management, and Project Engineering skills
• Experience in Continuous Process/Manufacturing Engineering
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Expertise in Probabilistic Risk Assessment and process controls
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset
• Prior experience in the carbon fiber industry is a plus
• Enhanced technical writing skills for proposals, reports, briefings and presentations a must
• Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• Minimum of 15 years process engineering
