Pay Rate: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour.

Status: Full time, Part-Time / Shifts: 7-3, 3-11, 11-7 (with at least every other weekend availability)

Responsibilities of a CNA:

• Certified Nursing Assistant provides patient care under direction of nursing staff.
• Certified Nursing Assistant administers prescribed medications to patients.
• Certified Nursing Assistant assists in the transport of patients.
• Certified Nursing Assistant provides companionship and basic care to patients.

Qualifications of a CNA:

• CNA certification and
• Licensed to work as a CNA in State New York
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Compassionate and caring demeanor

Requirements to Apply:

• Updated resume
• 1 Valid ID (either Driver's license, Passport, Permanent Resident Card or work eligibility IDs)
• Social Security card
• CNA license and registration (State of New York)
• Voided Check/Direct Deposit from the bank
• 2 reference letters / references to call
• Covid-19 Vaccination Card / Exemption
• BLS/ CPR (optional)
• PPD / QuantiFERON - at least within the last 12 months
