Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator. As the Front Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front desk, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth office management. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, computer literacy, and exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for patients
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, manage paperwork, schedule appointments and collect financials
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow

Skills:
- Proven experience in customer service
- Strong computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent front desk etiquette with exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
