Clearly explain benefits for enrollment and manage employee inquires. Advocate for client employees and assist in claims problem solving. Have care and compassion at every point of contact. Assist broker with client meetings, as needed.

Education and Experience
4 Year College Degree or employee benefits experience

Skills
Must have superior communication, problem solving and time management skills. Must be able to focus in busy/high paced open work area, be organized and meticulous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
