Seeking to fill the position of Case Manager/ Primary Case Coordinator for our expanding Partial Care Program and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).

Background/experience in treatment of Substance Abuse a definite plus.

Responsibilities

• Group facilitation

• Clinical documentation
• One-on-one sessions with clients

Qualifications

• B.A. in a human services field
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Compassionate, caring, positive, hopeful and encouraging
• A desire to make a difference
• Licensure, Prior experience and/or knowledge of NJSAMS a plus

This position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to put their learning to work in a real-life mental health/addictions environment. It also offers those experienced in the field an opportunity to develop their skillset and move ahead into leadership positions. Supervision is provided as an essential element in ongoing skills development and enhancement. Trainings are given on a range of subjects including medications, mental health and addictions topics. Additional outside trainings may be provided as needed.

The workday is an 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday. Our Partial Care Program begins at 9:00 AM and ends at 3:30 PM. Flexing of hours within the program day parameters is allowed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
