Advanced Behavioral Therapy is Hiring a Behavior Technician Near Toms River, NJ

```Duties:```
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
- Collaborate with the BCBA to develop and modify treatment plans
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients

```Qualifications:```
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with individuals with ASD or other developmental disabilities is a plus
- Ability to follow directions and implement behavior plans effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Note: This position may require the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and engage in physical activities such as running, bending, and kneeling during therapy sessions.

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
