Advanced Architectural Stone is Hiring a Bidding Coordinator Near Fort Worth, TX

Advanced Architectural Stone is a leading manufacturer of Cast Stone, Architectural Precast, GFRC and related Masonry Products. The company is the largest producer of Cast Stone in the United States. We network and market our products nationwide. A few local projects we have worked on are Bowie House Hotel, TCU Neeley School of Business and Dickies Arena Fort Worth Multi-Purpose Center.

Summary: Advanced Architectural Stone is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bidding Coordinator to join our Sales Team. The Bidding Coordinator will be responsible for managing the bidding process for projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all submissions.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating a daily bid schedule for our sales department and representatives.
  • Prequalify and download bid documents, plans, and specifications.
  • Coordinate and manage the bidding process for new projects.
  • Communicate with masonries and general contractors to gather bidding information.
  • Prepare and submit bids to clients in a timely manner.
  • Track and monitor bid results and provide feedback to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Data Entry 1 Year. (Preferred)
  • Administrative Assistant 2-3 years. (Preferred)
  • 10 Key – 1 year (Preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in fast paced environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Include Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook.

  • High School Diploma, GED, or associate degree (Preferred)
